iGoDirect Group strengthens its offer of Rewards, Employee Benefits and Loyalty solutions

iGoDirect Group, Australia’s leading and long-established Customer Engagement Organisation has announced the acquisition by iGoDirect Group Pty Ltd and/or its nominee (iGoDirect Group) of key customer contracts from My Rewards International Ltd and its group (My Rewards), expanding its offering across Employee and Member Benefits, Rewards and Incentives and Loyalty Services.  

Based in Melbourne, My Rewards has been in the business of providing customised solutions for employee and consumer rewards for over 25 years. They pride themselves on helping businesses build engaging, enduring, and meaningful relationships with customers and employees. By connecting more than 5.8 million members with thousands of suppliers, they help businesses get amazing deals and great perks on products, services, and experiences.  

Serving primarily businesses, membership organisations and networks, essentially in Australia, My Rewards believes in building strong and long-term relationships with clients. My Rewards are there every step of the way, from program inception to creation, implementation and maintenance.   

The acquisition is expected to be completed on 23 April 2024. After which, iGoDirect will continue to service the key contracts acquired under its business trading as My Rewards Plus, with all the services you know PLUS a whole lot more rewards, incentives and benefits now available. iGoDirect continues to achieve significant growth and milestones recently by obtaining their AFSL and being awarded Principal Membership by Visa. This enables iGoDirect to issue prepaid cards directly, eliminating the need for a third-party issuer, to deliver frictionless customer experiences and fresh innovation within the payments, loyalty and rewards sectors.
